Cymatik Software License
This License is between Sensory AV LLC ("Sensory AV") and the person or entity that lawfully obtains a Cymatik license key ("you"). Cymatik is licensed, not sold.
License grant
Subject to payment and compliance with this License, Sensory AV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Cymatik on up to three machines under your control. One license key is for one purchaser or organization and may not be shared publicly or resold.
Your visual output
You retain your rights in visual recordings, images, presets, and other content you create with Cymatik. You may use and monetize that output for personal or commercial projects. You are responsible for obtaining rights to any music, recordings, logos, images, or other third-party material used in the output. Sensory AV retains all rights in Cymatik itself, its bundled assets, branding, and software.
Restrictions
You may not copy or redistribute Cymatik except for reasonable personal backups; publish or share a license key; rent, sublicense, sell, or provide the software as a hosted service; bypass activation or machine limits; remove proprietary notices; or reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
Updates and pre-release status
Your pre-release purchase includes updates Sensory AV releases through the v1.0 milestone. It does not guarantee a release date, a particular roadmap feature, or compatibility with future hardware or operating systems. Updates may add, change, or remove pre-release functionality.
Termination
This License ends automatically if you materially violate it. On termination or refund, you must stop using Cymatik and remove copies under your control. Provisions concerning ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
Warranty and liability
The disclaimers and liability limits in the Terms of Service apply to this License. Nothing in this License excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
