Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Sensory AV LLC ("Sensory AV," "we," "us") handles information when you visit cymatik.live, purchase or activate Cymatik, recover a license key, or contact support.
Information we process
- Purchase information: Stripe processes your payment. We receive purchase status, a checkout-session identifier, and the purchaser email needed to issue a license. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
- License information: We store your license key, purchase email, purchase and activation timestamps, and pseudonymous machine identifiers. A license may be activated on up to three machines.
- Support information: We process the messages and contact information you send when requesting support or a refund.
- Product updates: If you subscribe through the EmailOctopus popup, EmailOctopus processes your email address and subscription preferences to send Cymatik product updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails.
- Technical information: Our hosting and security providers may process standard request data such as IP address, browser or device type, timestamps, and security logs.
How we use information
We use this information to complete purchases, deliver and recover license keys, validate activations, prevent abuse, provide downloads and updates, send product updates when you subscribe, respond to support and refund requests, and maintain the security and reliability of Cymatik.
Service providers
We use service providers including Stripe for checkout, Cloudflare for website, download, storage, and security infrastructure, Resend for transactional license email, EmailOctopus for product-update signup and newsletter delivery, and Google Fonts for website typography. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, our services, or our rights.
Cookies, analytics, and selling data
Cymatik does not currently operate advertising trackers or sell personal information. Stripe and infrastructure providers may use cookies or similar technology needed to provide checkout, fraud prevention, and security.
Retention and security
We retain purchase and license records for as long as reasonably needed to provide your license, support the transaction, meet legal obligations, and prevent fraud. Support messages are retained as needed to resolve the request. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we control by emailing ryan@sensoryav.com. Some purchase or license records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. Deleting essential license records may prevent future activation or key recovery.
Children and international use
Cymatik is not directed to children under 13. If you use Cymatik outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.
